Well it is going to be tough to beat last weeks adventuring. ;D
I would suggest this week we focus on book 2. We all should be close to having the faction needed and then we can get Book 2 done in a couple of hours.
This will set us up for the next big dungeon first raid styled area. I don't know how much they have changed Garth Agarwen and Agamaur but it should be fun.
We are closing in on level 30. At level 30 we can begin to do skirmishes. I just did my first one with Stombor and Man they are fun! I can't wait till we can do them as a group.
Sorry for the ramble. So to re-interate I would suggest we all get our faction with the Eglain to aquantence and do book 2 on Thursday.
Post if you need help with anything or you need new armor or crafting tools.

Raises a couple of questions:
1. If we are to do skirmishes, then I will need to activate the new expansion...correct?
2. Will Lone Lands adventure bring me the faction I need for Book 2? The last time I checked, I wasn't quite there yet.
Paradis reached 24. He can now make campfires and transport fellowships to Michel Delving or Thorins' Gate. He bought some travel rations to be ready.

You are right, Echo. Don't think Grig thought about that. If, in the future, everyone owns the expansion, we can do skirmishes, but no pressure from me at all for anyone to spend money on the game. There is plenty to do without doing that! I ran into a few quests yesterday that grant Eglain favor, so I'll try to find them in the Lorebook. Congrats on 24 and yay for campfires & porting!

I have been planning on getting the new expansion. I just haven't done it yet. When I re-upped recently I got the option for a Lifetime membership at a good rate. So I am set in that regard. I just need to buy the latest expansion and I am set.
I have a new Warden (Aundar of Lindon) and a new Runekeeper (Ravissar the Red) that I am playing a little bit lately. It's something to do between our weekly sessions after I get Paradis halfway caught up. Those classes are both pretty interesting.
I'll get back online and check my faction today. I've been grinding a bit to get caught up. Hopefully I'll have faction by Thursday.
Edit: I'm wondering if I'll have to head even further East on the Great Road (quite a distance past the Forsaken Inn) to get the proper faction. I heard tell of a place called Ost Guruth.

Echo, just so you're aware of where we're at, we did all of the initial quests handed out at the Forsaken Inn (bounties included), and still don't have the faction. We've picked up the next round of quests for further up the road, and that's what we'll be starting on on Thursday!

I was kind of hoping we would get faction before Thursday so we can jump into Book 2, but if we need to wait to Thursday that is fine as well.
Echo basically do the quests from the Foresaken Inn, pick up the ones from the folks down the road a pieces. From there, there is another stop to the east. That happens to be a really neat "mini" dungeon.
As far as the expansion, I agree with Ari. If we all have it the cool! If not no worries. There is plenty of really cool stuff to do.

I am guessing that I'm good now for faction. The log book allowed me to open up the book 2 quests, whereas before it simply said that I did not have enough faction to do these quests. Just to be sure, I'm heading back up their and make a trip down the road a little further east. There have been some nice quests up that way. It should be fun.

I actually have an opportunity to log on early tonight ( *\o/* ), so I'll make sure I have faction myself. Also, thanks very much to those that sent me their leathers - yes, that is *very* useful! Also, if anyone happens to have some extra Rich Iron ore or ingots lying about, I can find a good use for them as well.
See you all tonight!

I finally figured out how to gather a little better. So I have some hides and a few ingots to send your way. If you get some hides from a strange source, it's probably some alt I'm experimenting with that has a few lying around.
While I'm at it...are any of the Kinship looking for recipes for a certain profession. I run into those once in a while and might as well send them somebody's way if they are needed.
If the things I send are not needed then don't send them back; just sell them off or auction them... resources in the Kinship are as good as those in my bags from my way of thinking.

Much appreciated, Echo! If you had any metalsmith or tailoring recipes, I can certainly make use of those!
