They're definitely Iron Maiden fans. Most all of their albums are concept albums. They have one called The Dark Saga which was an album back in the 90's about the comic book character Spawn. There's another called The Glorious Burden about the Civil War. Matt Barlow, the vocalist, is one of my favorite metal singers.

I was listening to some Metallica today, this song came up (Am I Savage?), and it reminded me of this thread and Kul really liking Of Wolf and Man. I see this song as a continuation of Of Wolf and Man.

So I've gotten into a lot of coding in the last year at work (Python, PowerShell, etc.). Typically when I work, I always listen to music (Kul can attest to that). I listen to just about everything, but when I'm coding, I like instrumental-style music best, but typically something more modern than classical music (although I often listen to soundtracks, particularly LotR). I found this really awesome station that's always live that just fits my mood for when I'm coding. It's a lo-fi hip hop station. A lot of the music played on the station has East-Asian influences. This music is really chill and I often put it on when I need to concentrate and get things done. It's also a good soundtrack for rainy days. I seem to never tire of it. I'm sure I've contributed to at least a hundred of the millions of hits it has. The creator has several other channels that are worth listening to, with a different graphic loop, that's more or less the same as this one (slight variations). P.S. An interesting thing that happens within the video, despite the basic graphic loop, is that the time of day changes as does the weather.

Sometimes when I'm listening to that station, and some of the more jazzy stuff comes on, my wife will walk by and ask if I'm watching The Weather Channel.
