Saturday afternoon works better for me than Saturday evening; I'd have a chance of playing even when the band gigs.
The setting of Uthgard will make it important to have Druids, Bards, Wardens, and Mentalists available. I'll plan to make one of those as a back up character for when we're short of those classes on a given session. I just don't know which yet. I'll see what other people choose for main characters.
The other thought I had is that if we do attract a number of additions to our entourage and the eight-person group fills up, we could run a stealth group with it ... for scouting, reconnaissance, and ambush.

I have decided that I'm going Mana Chanter. He's up-close and personal. Hmmm.... might work that into his character for RP.

I'll be happy to be the Bard. I'm working Saturday, a daytime shift for the first time in months, I finish at 3pm and will be home about ten minutes later, me being there right after that, will depend on Robert, he likes to watch and "help get the bad guys" if we are playing, but we can't really promise for how long. Perhaps if Daddy can tire him out with some fresh air he'll be napping. If not we'll have an extra group member tagging along on one of our laps.  |

So glad to see that we have a Bard. They are a premium class for the "SI" era of the game. We have several Druids in the making, and if Sinaedh joins and wants to heal, then she is an accomplished healer. I think I will make a Bard alt just in case we sometimes have a dire need for one. I've played one to 50 so I know the drill. I can manage the songs and the interrupts, but I am not really that great at mezzing in RvR ... just not twitchy enough anymore to get the jump on the young guns. LOL

OK, it is done. I rolled a Bard as an alt, just in case. I couldn't nab a name that I really liked, so I used one of my oldies, Paradis.

Mentalists are NEEDED? Whoah, I missed their heyday before they became useless?
I used to be a good druid and can play that for the group. ... with a keen menty running around the rest of the time.
I've still no video card. Calling the company and weeping. (makes sad pouty keen faces nobody can resist! mwahahaa!! ...oops.. makes more pouty faces)

We could use a 2nd Druid if you don't want a Menty or an Eldy to play with us! Kul will be a lonely lil 'keen caster around all those big strong Celts with their swords and maces! |
