Greetings old friends

Just dropping in to say hello and to thank Morreion for inviting me to participate here. It pleases me to see so many names of old friends whom I have not seen in so long. At the same time it saddens me at the loss of the close community we all once shared, but I still have fond memories of our time in DAoC. We were a few of the lucky ones to have been there at a time when it was possible to create our little world where we lived, loved and thrived for a short time.

Here's an image from a memorial service for a player who had passed away on Nimue- it was a 3-realm service taking place out on the Frontier (RvR territory). Other than a prank here and there, nobody killed anyone else out of respect.

Now that was a community.

That was a tough funeral, I had a big group of HUGE trolls trying to hug me to death!





..I was also at the funeral for Granarc. Found the video, the sea of red (his color) is amazing. We crashed the frontier with probably 300+ people on Guinevere.
