I had the pleasure of almost completing this dungeon for the first time in my X+ years of playing LoTRO a couple of nights ago. Strombor (my 26 champion) and 4 others level 23-24 attempted this dugeon and did very well. I had to depart prior to completing but had a blast. I think our group would have an amazing time in this dugeon and we are the "right" level.
There are 4-5 quests for the Great Barrow, depending on which Wiki you read. But I believe there are really only 4.
2 are received by some folks right before the entrance. These are "Evils Final Chapter" and "Heading West."
1 is received from Bob Redthistle. He is one of the folks that are hanging around the outlook to Bree just before the entrance to the south Barrows. This one is called "Purging the Dead."
And 1 is the result of a chain of quests that starts with "Digging in the Dirt." This is a request from Tobold Leafcutter who is the vendor between the old forest and Tom Bombadil's house.
So the last is the only one with "pre-req's". I don't think that they are overly complicated or difficult. However if you wish company or assistance please just let me know.
Even if we don't get a chance to do this dugeon this coming Thursday, I think we should try and do it before we get beyond the challenge.

Wee! I'm excited. I'll try to get the pre-req quests tonight, although I might not have time to get the quest chain one, if there are a lot of steps. See you then! Cirig
