As the title says, I've canceled my Aion account. I just couldn't get into it. That and the multiple, tiny bugs just drove me batty. I've transferred GMship to Kul. I'll also continue on the guild emblem.

I sympathize. I canceled my subscription 2 days ago.
In some ways Aion was a good game, and it certainly looked great, but the PvP setup (levels 25-50 all fighting together) was a really bad move IMHO. And of course the bots & gold sellers didn't help. I'm surprised at their hands off approach to even discussing plans about dealing with that problem.
LOTRO with some WAR thrown in for me now!

It was the bots and gold farmer/sellers that dulled my enthusiasm for the game. I didn't mind grindy leveling so much. And I was willing to to pay my dues in PvP, thinking that our little group would figure a way to hold its own. I can accept that progress takes time. I can accept that there are many players more skilled than I. But I'm old fashioned enough to insist that it be done on a level playing field.
Recent reports, however, do indicate that 6, or even 8 or 9 level 30 characters can't hold their own against just one higher level character (level 41). That would get old rather quickly.
