To begin with I will create a Global Chat Channel that everyone can join, so from the very start we can all talk to each other privately, even if we are not in the same fellowship.
You should create your character and level them through the newbie zone (Between Level 6 and Level 7).
Once out of the newbie zone you will be in the prequel. I think at this level characters of similar races should try and get together. (Humans - Archet after the fire) (Dwarves and Elves - Erid Lruin) (Hobbits - The Shire) If people are having difficulty completing the Prequel Solo give a shout out and we can resolve that problem.
Once the Prequel is complete we will all be directed to the Prancy Pony. That would be the best place to connect up for whole group. (Levels 14-17 since the exp is WAY FASTER NOW)
Once the group forms we should all try and stay within 3 levels of each other. The game penalizes experience when the level difference is great.
The goal of the first gathering would be to complete Book 1.
(Some personal side notes)
There are several very cool (non-book) quests that I would like to do. (Dourhands in the Shire, Weathertop, etc.)
Between Ari and I we have grand master crafters of all skills. I am of course planning on handing out cool gifts. Probably introducing my older siblings (alts) to hand out mini-quests to different people for crafted rewards to keep the role play aspect.
