I've rolled up Elendion the Shadow Warrior Elf on Iron Rock server- am just playing the free Endless Trial instead of reactivating my paid account.

We are mostly bouncing between Order on Phoenix Throne and Destruction on Badlands right now, but the population on Phoenix Throne seems to be all Tier 4. Some Tier 1 would be a welcome change.  After I've got everything reinstalled, and new characters made, I'll post here. Cirig |

If you guys are playing Order on PT, look me up (Regolyth/Hobriku). I'll come help you guys level, and/or throw you a guild invite. They have an apprenticeship program now, so I could apprentice you and then bring you out to T4 RvR (where the real fun is). Also, I play Destruction on Gorfang a couples a week. Look me up on there if you guys aren't enjoying the Badlands Destro zerg. I play a Shaman named Fishyfeet. And Gack, quit playing on the stupid server and come play with me.  |

Fooling around a bit and re-downloaded Warhammer. It took forever!
I made a SH on Gorfang and played around a while. I also discovered that I could free xfer my Ostermark toons over there after all this time. So I've got a few characters to work with on Destruction on Gorfang (highest is lvl 14).
Slushpump (my baby SH) talked to Fishyfeet a bit in-game.
My Order Characters are on Phoenix Throne.
I'll be fooling around in War for a while in between our LOTRO Kinship runs, and I'd be happy to hook up with anyone who's doing likewise. My goal is to get familiar with the game for a bit, and then try to persuade Rego to apprentice me and take me on a tour of Tier 4, so I can get a taste of high tier play. I have no characters higher than Tier 2 right now.
Who knows, I might stumble on a main this time through.

Good to hear all those transfers worked out for you Echo. I was hoping they would. Look me, or any Roisin Dubh, member up on PT and we'll throw you an invite. Our alliance is starting to get bigger over there, as is the guild. And I'll gladly apprentice you up to rank 40 and let you get pwned... err, experience what the big boys do.
By the way, if you're enjoying Gorfang, join the Damage Inc. guild. I joined up yesterday. They're pretty big and useful.

I've been playing around Warhammer for a few days now. It's much as I remember it ... but I'm having a better time than I thought I would. Some random comments:
1. The lack of obvious bots and goldsellers put me in a good mood to begin with in my restart.
2. Being able to engage quickly and having several readily available PvEvPvR options at my disposal is still very nice.
3. Being on a well populated server is a must for any game, but particularly for Warhammer (IMO).
4. The utter stupidity the play in pugs, playing musical keeps with your opponents and never (or rarely) actually fighting them, and mindless play in scenarios has not changed and still can be so very frustrating.
5. War is not quite as visually satisfying as Aion was, but it's not bad at all.
6. I still get the vague and remote sense that Warhammer could conceivably be fixed at some point. I don't, for some reason, get the same feeling about Aion.
7. Looks like more server mergers/transfers... my order characters on PT get to move for the fourth time now...if I even bother to move them. That whole issue of repetetive moves (and losing names over and over) has been truly disgusting.
8. Looking forward to kicking back in LOTRO on Thursday.
9. Will likely keep kicking around in WAR for the time being.

Echo, we on PT (Roisin Dubh, Order) moved to the Badlands server if you want to join us.
Also, I agree with you assessments of WAR. It's very player driven, being PvP-based and all.
