Reporting Gold Sellers

Just an FYI,

In the past few weeks, I have stood in front of any gold seller that has set up a shop, first person, targeted them and took a screenshot.

After logging off for the night, I go to my NCSoft account management, click on Help, login and go to "Ask a Question". There, I fill in all the info, including putting the name of the characters, server, time, & location in the message box. You can attach all your screenshots and then submit the report.

In every case, I have received emails back from a GM culminating with them telling me the accounts have been removed from the game and any related character accounts as well.

Yesterday, I reported two in the afternoon and they were gone by that evening.

I also didn't see a single bot in channel 3 near Pilgrim's Respite yesterday. So hopefully they are slowly getting it handled.

Wow, nice. Those guys are really annoying.

Not sure if it's just me, but I've noticed fewer Gold Stores, and better yet, considerably less bots around of late (the last two days). I would have guessed that there's an "assembly line" of location leveling... but possible either the bottom has fallen out of the business, or they've moved on to bigger spots, or God forbid NCSoft did something!?

I was on very briefly yesterday and very late the night before. My sense was that the bot population was down...at least around Tobas Village and Pilgrim's Respite. It could have been the time of day/night; but I didn't see as many.
