Hibernians Raiding Midgard, DAoC 2002

Hibernians raid Midgard- open RvR on the old Frontier! Run to a keep, siege it, conquer the keep, have a battle. Fun times. Remember that huge giant on the road?

I always thought Midgard OF had the best sunrises and sunsets. Somehow there was mist and orange sun, and... it was great! Of course, usually my forays there didn't go very well. But occasionally we did manage to take a keep.









By the way, the giant is still out in the frontier, of course he's been shunted to the side in the new frontiers, but occasionally someone manages to pull him into a keep. That's always hilarious.

Nice pictures, Sinaedh! And you're right, the sunrises and sunsets were best in Midgard frontier. I stopped and posed in that one picture I liked it so much!

wonderful pics!! I remember that giant in the midgard frontier! My draw distance was so low he'd suddenly pop up and fill the whole screen haha

did anyone actually ever kill it?
