Good-looking scenery that extends far into the distance is one of my favorite things in an MMO. Here's my Guardian looking across Lake Evendim in LOTRO. The ruined city is Annuminas, the site of an ongoing battle between Rangers and Sauron's forces. LOTRO did clouds and water well, and was full of ruins- that's what adventures are all about!
