Fantastic.
Taranon and I kilt some beetles tonight.
Some Saturdays will work for me, others won't (I play in a band).
I can play some on most nights but it's often a bit later in the evening. I typically will play some on Saturday or Sunday mornings before every one else gets up and around. Just me and my cup of coffee. <grins>.
I am going to resist alts as long as I can. But I am willing to make a support character for backup, if the group needs one.

Weekdays work best for me, but don't change the scheduling on my account. I'm not sure I'll even get a chance to play too much. For Saturdays, the evening is better.
If I played, I would prefer to play a character the group needed. During my DAoC days, I had a large myriad of characters (Ranger, Warden, Eldritch, Bard, Druid, Valewalker, Warrior, Shaman, Thane, Beserker, Valkyrie, Paladin, Cleric, and a few others). I was pretty good at most of them, and got a chance to play everything I wanted too, so I would opt for helping the group this time around.

Saturday evenings are mostly good for me too, although if I'm scheduled to work on that day I won't be there after 10pm.

*sigh*
Well, the last time I logged into DAOC, maybe a year or two ago, I could barely remember how to make my character move. No, that's a lie. I don't even think I managed to figure that out. And all my toons of any level have been Albion. Maybe I made it to 10 on a lurikeen long ago, but I can't remember.
I might be able to create something and make a showing. I will take it under advisement ... and see if I can remember any of my account names.

We're starting to get more activity! I met Talinon the Hero this morning and we did some quests in and around Mag Mell together. Eirla the Bard joined us for some vigorous hunting of wolfhounds and beetles around Mardagh. It went well. We handled double reds and other similar combinations without too much trouble. Exhilarating!!
I wouldn't worry too much, Gid. Uthgard is a free shard so you don't really need your old accounts to give it a try. It's been a blast so far. There are several of us around to help each other get back up to speed.

I would love to join in, but as I've posted elsewhere, don't know diddly about Hibernia, really.

Sinaedh, Hibernia is the best realm. =)
But seriously, it works the same as the rest of them. What class did you play in the other realms?

And you'll have an entire plethora of people to help you learn about Hibernia. Look at this motley crew.. We've got Roleplayers, PvP'rs, Alt-itus sufferers, Number-crunchers and about as helpful a lot as you're likely to find! You won't be lost for long
