The deserted and laggy - Tazoon ?, is that the name. HZ's capital. Which was a wonder to me to see the first time, in essentially my first mmo.

And Jaema is correct! Horizons, the capital city of Tazoon! Another image from the Istaria Wiki:  You know, for 2003, Tazoon was a substantial and good-looking city. I seem to remember that my biggest complaint with it was a general lack of NPCs and a lack of rooms to explore. But for the time, it was a good city. |
