Crafting

Just thought I'd throw this out here, since crafted items are very useful in this game.

Since Grig and I have been playing LOTRO for quite awhile, we have high level crafters that can make anything we need; but for those that really enjoy that part of a game, you might craft as well. I'll list my crafters here, and if anyone is starting a craft or has one at a lower level, let me know and I'll send what materials I have to aid in your learning.

I have another character that is a scholar but is working on tier 3 or 4 (?) stuff when he does craft...I'm dabbling in cooking & farming on my Loremaster, not sure how far I'll get but we will see!

All of my crafters are guild members and at the top of the reputation scale. Needless to say I like the crafting in this game.

I took the plunge and made an Armourer out of Bedregar. Any recipes and materials (leather hides of any kinds, copper ore, and especially tin) would be most appreciated. Soon, I shall be able to make armour for when we meet in Bree.

I have tons of recipes and other crafter stuff for the other professions, which I will distribute as I find out what/if other people want to craft.

Thank you to all that have been sending me leather and other things! I have reached the second tier of both tailoring and metalsmithing, and have (mostly) full suits of armour for all of you. Ardalion has his already, and I have half sets for each of our medium armour wearers, as well as a full set of heavy armour for our guardian, if he needs it.

Please keep sending your stuff! Any leather, any ore, any tailoring or metalsmithing recipes are most appreciated!

I'll have bags of stuff to hand out on Thursday.

Ardalion has started cooking and farming- right now he can make some carrots that add a bit of vitality *laughs* so it will probably take him a little while to make some really yummy stuff. But he's trying!

Paradis has now reached the level of 21. And with that comes the ability to use fire. If anyone has any fire oil lying around, I'd like to learn to use it.

Also I hear that clubs, maces, hammers have an inherent chance to stun? Is that correct? Seems like a handy thing for a hunter. If so, I'll be on the lookout for some blunt weapons to try. If any fall into your packs, I'll try to pay something for them, just to see how they work.

Hammers have a chance to lower the target's Evade ability
Clubs have a chance to lower the target's attack speed
