We only had three of us attend, so we took a poll of what to do and agreed to hunt in the frontiers out of Druim Ligen with our 20-21 level characters. It was a group of Kul Champ, Saro Bard, and Ariesel Druid. It worked out nicely as we each got two levels beating the beetles into submission! We were killed once by a nasty, mean Kobold. Then later we assisted several compatriots nearby around the same level as ourselves... Saro died again, but Ariesel and I "scared" him off. I think it was me blocking his only attack attempt... that or the usual "kill the bard regardless of the level".
We then went to test our skill at the ants for a few test pulls. They were only slightly large and no issue for us with Saro's excellent mezzing and Ariesel's great healing and buffs. Sidenote: We all agreed that Keens should be able to ride them.
