Keltoi Fogou
The Keltoi are a very spiritual people and often gather in secluded places to live, worship, or practice their spiritualistic arts. These people use the fogou as their spiritual center for ceremony, initiation and teaching. Birth and death rituals are conducted in it as it is seen as a transition zone between this world and the next. Some scholars theorize that it may also be used for initiations involving entombment where the initiates are sealed in for a time to face the underworld in order to over-come fear and so emerge 'reborn'. It is never used for burial. The whole site is considered a sacred space and its design is perhaps not so much to keep invaders out as to keep certain forces in. Those who have journeyed there and back claim that it has the feel of a world apart.
In Albion, 6 members of the Hand braved the depths of Keltoi Fogou dungeon in the gloomy Campacorentin Forest.
We only wiped once, due to cheating (Kul will tell you all about it). Success!
Treibh Caillte
A small tribe of creatures locally known as ursine dwellers inhabits Treibh Caillte. The clan lives inside their naturally formed cavern. The reclusive clan is hostile to outsiders. No one knows where they came from, only that they recently arrived and inhabited a cavern in Lough Gur they claimed as their own. None of the ursine dwellers have been seen outside Treibh Caillte, and since most locals stay away, not much is known about them.
In Hibernia, three Naturalists from the League gathered to support Sorkul- with his Fred and Sally 'keens- and ventured into the upper regions of Treibh Caillte dungeon.
This was admittedly an odd but an effective setup. Small heals on our 'keen focus tanklets were effective, though sometimes Carfryd had to peel.
We almost wiped twice, but Naturalist power and a swift foot prevailed!
Two great dungeon crawls this week!
