Did any of you ever follow this game? I was fascinated by this effort, which was made by actual roleplayers (attempting to make an ideal RP environment), and it had some great ideas. I liked the overall idea: an RP sandbox world and its economy totally driven by player activity. Some pretty extensive backstory was developed. I think perma-death (with a chance to establish a family lineage and continue) was a part of the plan. This effort must have fallen by the wayside for a variety of reasons,including the fact that technology just developed too fast for a grass roots effort to keep pace. I haven't heard much about Adellion in a number of years. Telia (one of the developers) kept a blog going for quite a while, but I don't know what the status is now. I did enjoy the people, and even contributed a couple of nice RP stories on the forums (probably at least 8 years ago). It was a grand idea by people I think this group would have enjoyed immensely ... I wouldn't be surprised if a few of our crew was involved, but I don't really know that for sure.
