It was July 2004 and we were on the last step of ML 7- killing Typhon, the creepy boss of the lava fields. I'd been on a raid wipe here before and it wasn't pretty- I think Kul was there for that.
The big thing about ML 7 was it was in a dark rocky place with molten lava. 'Don't fall in the lava' was rule #1.

A great view over the main hall in the lava fields. It was tough to get to.
The raid crosses the last bridge to get to the hall. Various and sundry minotaurs have aggroed us.
Grigorian & Flidhais (Ariesel) were there, as well as Xieng, one of the funniest guys in Nimue. Lava waterfall up ahead.
Fighting the giant fire-men in the hall.
Good old PBAoE! What a lovely and deadly light show.
Buffing up for the coming boss fight.
Typhon is in the background; we plot his demise. There was a trick to it, involving a Ranger attacking him to keep him from teleporting maybe? The details are fuzzy, but I remember it being a bit complicated. No tank and spank fight here!

Ugh. Typhon would fling people away, and sometimes they would land in the lava. Not fun! Ressers were busy.
The fallen would run to catch up to the fighting.
Typhon liked to teleport around. Bows came in handy to keep him engaged.

Behind the front line, healers and casters do their thing. Note the power fonts.

Time to divide up the loot. Note the treasure chests on the left. This was always a tough fight.
