This Rosetta Stone type inscribed rock was found in a dungeon on Thestra, near Three Rivers. I forget the name of the place, it was the one with lots of spiders out front.
I don't think it did anything, which was cool. I like such things. It gives the world a bit of mystery and character. And let's face it, if it translated into 'kill 10 spiders for a reward', I'd have been crestfallen.
