AO was my first 3D MMO back in 2001. Not only was I simply blown away by the graphical experience then, they had 2 suns that would rise and set- how cool! And there was special sunrise/sunset music that was symphonic and quite stirring. Often I'd stop and enjoy the moment when it happened. That's me on the left, by the way.
That's me on an Adventurer character looking at one of the suns. You'd either have Adventurers use dual pistols or dual swords, typically.
It's easy to take things like this for granted now, but at the time it was awesome!
