holding them at spawn in alterac valley... with my gear and UI, I could heal away the damage from two dozen non-raid-equipped horde no problem
guarding the flag in warsong gulch
end of a SEVEN HOUR alterac valley. I healed my guildmates Cook (mage), Starxin (warlock), and Alara (hunter) as we desperately held the final point for at least half that time. I took this screen and immediately ran to pee.
